The following gets content removed and access suspended, without notice where the Platform judges it necessary:

• Listing goods that are unlawful, misbranded, adulterated, stolen, or misdescribed.
• Forged, altered, borrowed, or expired certificates presented as current.
• Misrepresenting identity, business status, or authority to sell.
• Disease-treatment or other unlawful marketing claims about listed goods.
• Using the Platform to arrange export transactions.
• Scraping, harvesting contact data, automated account creation, or interfering with Platform security controls.
• Spam, phishing, or solicitation unrelated to bona fide wholesale trade.
• Circumventing the Platform to avoid verification obligations while using it to find counterparties, misusing buyer or seller contact information, or reselling Platform data.
