FAQ

Straight answers about how the marketplace works. If yours is not here, ask a person.

What is Bulk Wholesale Ingredients?

A business-to-business marketplace for bulk food and botanical ingredients. Listings are live inventory held by verified US distributors, with certification, origin, an availability band, and an advertised per-kilogram price on every listing.

Who operates the marketplace?

Bulk Wholesale Ingredients is operated by Wiaterra, a US company. Sellers on the platform are verified US distributors; every seller must pass business verification and hold current certificates before anything lists.

How does the pricing work?

The advertised from-price is the real per-kilogram price at the highest volume tier. Smaller quantities price a little higher, and your exact number comes back with the quote, usually the same business day. Clearance lots carry a single advertised price that holds while the lot lasts.

Are certificates included?

Yes. Certificates of analysis and specification sheets accompany every quote, matched to the specific lot. Organic certificates are checked against the USDA Organic INTEGRITY database, and listings that pass show a dated verification badge.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Browsing is open and quote requests need only a work email. Quotes, documentation, and freight options come back by email.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums vary by listing and are shown on the listing where one applies. If you need less than a listed minimum, ask in the quote request; sometimes a smaller split is possible.

How fast do quotes come back?

Usually the same business day. A person prices every request; nothing is auto-quoted.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Sales are United States domestic only. Goods ship from US warehouses by parcel, LTL, or full truckload, and freight options are quoted with the product.

How do clearance lots work?

Clearance lots are short-dated or surplus inventory at reduced pricing. The certificates and specs are exactly what they are on standard lots; where a best-by month applies it is shown on the listing, and the documentation states it plainly.

How do I sell on the marketplace?

Register interest on the Sell With Us page. Seller onboarding requires business verification and current certificates before anything lists, and registrations are reviewed in order.
