Quotes within one business day. Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days from warehouses in New Jersey and California. Every order ships with its certificate of analysis. United States domestic sales only.

Quotes and pricing

A person prices every request. The advertised price on a listing is the per-kilogram price at the highest volume tier; your quote states the exact price for your quantity, the lot, and the freight options. Clearance lots carry one advertised price while the lot lasts.

Minimum order

MOQ is one unit: one full pack. Pack sizes are shown on each listing. Need less than a full pack? Say so in the quote request; a smaller split is sometimes possible.

Lead times

Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days of a confirmed order. Coming-soon inventory ships once the container arrives at the warehouse; the quote gives the expected date, and you can reserve material ahead of arrival.

Freight

Freight is quoted with the product: parcel for samples and small orders, LTL and full truckload for volume. Goods ship from warehouses in New Jersey and California to United States addresses only.

Payment

Orders are prepaid until credit terms are established. Credit terms are offered at our discretion based on creditworthiness. They are not guaranteed to any buyer, and they can be changed or revoked at any time.

Documentation

Every order ships with its certificate of analysis, matched to the lot. Specification sheets come with the quote on request, and organic listings carry a current organic certificate. See trust and verification.
