Seller Terms

1. Verification before listing

Sellers complete business verification before anything lists. The Platform may decline or remove any seller or listing at its discretion.

2. Your representations

For every listing, you represent that: the goods are lawful to sell in the United States and are as described; specifications, origin, and certification claims are accurate; certificates you provide are authentic and current; you hold title or the right to sell; and your facilities and goods comply with applicable law, including FDA registration and FSMA requirements applicable to your operation.

3. Certificates

Current certificates are required for all transactions. You consent to the Platform validating your certificates against public registries (for example, the USDA Organic INTEGRITY database) and to displaying dated verification status. Expired or revoked certificates suspend affected listings automatically.

4. Listing accuracy and availability

Keep availability and documentation current. Repeated listing of unavailable goods, misdescription, or documentation failures result in removal.

5. Recalls and safety

You own regulatory reporting, market withdrawal, and recall obligations for your goods. Notify the Platform promptly of any recall or safety issue affecting listed or sold material so affected listings can come down and buyers can be informed.

6. Fulfillment

You are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders, accurate lot traceability, and providing lot-matched documentation with shipment.

7. No exports

Transactions through the Platform are United States domestic. Listing goods for export, or knowingly fulfilling an export transaction through the Platform, is prohibited.

8. Anonymity and branding

Phase 1 listings display seller identity as a verified distributor description rather than a trade name. Seller identity is disclosed to the buyer in quotes and transaction documents.
