Buyer Terms

1. Due diligence is yours

You are a business buyer. You are responsible for qualifying suppliers and material for your intended use, including regulatory suitability (food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, animal feed, or otherwise). Documentation provided through the Platform is an input to your qualification process, not a substitute for it.

2. Quotes and pricing

Advertised prices are per kilogram at the highest volume tier and are invitations to obtain a quote. Your binding price, quantity, lot, and terms are those stated in the seller's quote or invoice.

3. Inspection and claims

Inspect goods promptly on arrival. Unless the seller's terms state otherwise, visible damage and count discrepancies must be noted at delivery, and quality claims must be raised with the seller within 10 business days of receipt with supporting documentation. The Platform can assist communication but does not adjudicate claims.

4. Regulatory compliance and intended use

You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your purchase and use, including FDA registration and labeling requirements applicable to your products. Goods are sold as ingredients for further processing unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Imported goods

Some listed goods were imported by their sellers. Where you arrange your own import of goods (not offered in Phase 1), you would be the importer of record with all associated obligations, including FSVP where applicable. Platform sales are United States domestic; the Platform does not support export transactions.

6. Payment

Payment terms are set by the seller's quote or invoice. New buyers should expect prepayment; credit terms come with history.
